Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping with FeDex and DHL. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Custom taxes are not included.

Delivery will be to the address you wrote in your order. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you giving us incorrect delivery information.

If you or someone else are not available at the time of delivery, the products will stay at the delivery company for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us. If products are returned to us by the delivery company, we will issue you with a refund for the products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the product.

We are currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Sometimes we can cancel your order, this can happen due to:

- the product is not in stock;

- we are not providing shipping to your country;

- your address is incorrect;

- we believe you are under legal age at your country;

- we believe that you are reseller.

We are based in Lithuania, Europe. All your order are shipped from Lithuania.
